RMA Service
In the event of a technical failure, required update, configuration changes, or any other changes that need to be made on your new or older products, we at Parhelia offer an RMA service.
Please provide us with as much as information possible, we will evaluate it, and we’ll let you know if we can assist you. Once you have received an RMA number, ship your product(s) to Parhelia. We will update you regularly about the process. When finished we return the products to you.
